Bagga Sales shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or defect arising due to improper handling, transportation after delivery, poor storage, incorrect installation, carpenter / contractor workmanship, site conditions, or misuse of the product.

Bagga Sales shall not be liable for any labor charges, fitting charges, delay losses, indirect losses, or third-party damages.

The Company's liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the invoice value of the concerned product only.

All disputes shall be subject to Gurugram / Gurgaon jurisdiction only.
